13th Parliament of Singapore elected MPs by years in service

The 13th Parliament of Singapore was sworn in on 15 Jan 2016 after the 2015 General Election. Of the current 88 elected Members of Parliament (MP), 26 MPs are serving their ninth year in politics. Mr Murali Pillai, who entered Parliament after the 2016 Bukit Batok by-election, is the shortest-serving MP with four years in politics while Emeritus Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong has served the longest thus far, with 44 years under his belt.
